Vincent's Breton Bowl

The "Vincent" Breton bowl pays homage to Van Gogh and his famous ear-cutting episode. The result of a collaboration between Pied de Poule and Atypyk, this Breton bowl is deliberately asymmetrical: one of its "ears" is manually broken before enameling.

Each piece thus possesses its own uniqueness, while retaining the offbeat spirit of the traditional Breton bowl.

Manufacturing

The earthenware bisque is made in Portugal. The ear work, decoration, and enameling are done in Pornic, France.
